350! is an all-day event at the Hult Center in Eugene, OR. It is a part of Inretnational Day of Climate Action (350.org). Idit will be playing as a part of different jazz and new music groups throughout the afternoon.

July 4th - playing Rhapsody in Blue (Gershwin) with the Oregon Bach Festival Orchestra. July 18th - playing a pops concert with the Eugene Symphony. Both concerts are outdoors, in Alton Baker Park in Eugene. Admission to both concerts: free!

As a part of the Oregon Bach Festival, new-music ensembles Beta Collide and Fireworks will participate in a week-long composers symposium. New works will be read by the ensembles (which will include saxophone!). The symposium will conclude with two concerts: Saturday, July 4th, 10am, in Beall hall; Sunday, July 5th, 8PM in Beall Hall.

Sound Bytes is a new music series. Performaces are on Mondays, 11:54am, at student union building on the University of Oregon Campus. We will be playing a rather elaborate graphic score that is displayed on a 36 inch long scroll. Assistants will be scrolling it at eye level while we watch our stopwatches (provided) and follow the scheme that Mark Applebaum is working on now. The instrumentation is violin, flute, alto saxophone, trumpet, bass, piano.

Idit will be playing piccolo, flute, clarinet and lead alto in the pit of this very funny Monty Python musical. All shows are at the Hult Center on Eugene. Show dates and times:

A Classical saxophone recital in Beall Hall, University of Oregon. 8PM. The program consists of contest pieces that were considered ground-breaking or impossible to play at the time of their composition. Hence the recital is titled, "Pushing the Envelope."
